1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Liberu Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Services
Liberu Hosting provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Service specifications and pricing are as published on our website and may change over time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@liberu.co.uk. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to host, transmit or store content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for full details. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Payment & Billing
Hosting services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts.
6. Uptime & Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance. Scheduled maintenance does not count towards downtime calculations. For details, refer to our Service Level Agreement.
7. Data & Backups
While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own copies of all data. We are not liable for any data loss. It is strongly recommended that you maintain independent backups of all your website files and databases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberu Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately in cases of material breach, including violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you are responsible for exporting your data before the account closure date.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
