Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all services provided by Liberu Hosting. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to host, store, transmit or distribute:

  • Illegal content of any kind under UK or international law.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
  • Phishing pages or fraudulent content designed to deceive users.
  • Unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our infrastructure to:

  • Launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
  • Conduct port scanning or network probing without authorisation.
  • Circumvent security measures of any system or network.
  • Mine cryptocurrency without our express written consent.
  • Operate open mail relays or proxies.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

4. Resource Usage

You may not use an unreasonable amount of server resources (CPU, memory, disk I/O, or network bandwidth) in a way that adversely affects other customers. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that consistently exceed fair-use thresholds.

5. Email Usage

All email sent through our infrastructure must comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and relevant anti-spam legislation. Sending unsolicited commercial email from our servers is strictly prohibited.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@liberu.co.uk. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected unlawful activity. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and/or referral to appropriate authorities.

8. Changes to This Policy
